EDC: It's ZERO Currently Planned Units — Parker Pivots to Sell CSD Golf Course Land

A lengthy and contentious Public Records Act (PRA) battle, marked by nearly months and nine time extensions, has finally forced El Dorado County (EDC) to make a stunning admission regarding the development plans for Serrano Village D1, Lots C and D. Contrary to the previously suggested 135 currently planned dwelling units, the County has been compelled to concede that the actual number is zero. This critical revelation, bolstered by documents as far back as 2008 explicitly labeling a portion of those units as “not approved/on hold,” dismantles the official narrative and casts a dark shadow over the transparency and accuracy of the information provided to the Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission.

The result:  Parker Development pivoted to selling the old Golf Course to El Dorado Hills CSD.
